I thought that QMOBILE is one of the biggest, Reliable and True Mobile company in the world. But unfortunately my thinking is absolutely wrong. Once you purchase the New mobile set & when ever due to any fault you claim the warranty you will see the att**ude/behavior from the man is sitting on CUSTOMER CARE DESK. I purchase my R200 on dated 06-08-2015. After checking I observed that Its Ringer Volume is Very Slow. I claimed the very next day dated 07-08-2015 to the Customer Care (Office # A-20 Salman Tower, Opp Raza Mobile Market Malir City Karachi). They check its physical condition which was OK & they also mentioned on Customer Slip. Repair Order # 2KML150800365. My Delivery Date for collecting Mobile set was 22-08-2015. When i went there on the given date, they informed me that we sent Your Mobile set to Head office for repairing work and it will take about 07 days. I said OK. On 26-08-2015, they informed me through SMS that your set is ready & Plz collect from customer care. Today on 28-08-2015, When I went to collecting my set, I was surprised that i submit my set in Golden color & they were trying to return me the set of Black color. THEY CHANGED MY SET EVEN THEY WASTED MY WHOLE MONTH (MY WARRANTY PERIOD). And now they are insisting to collect my set even that is not my set HAHAHA. This is QMOBILE & WHAT A QMOBILE.. I will never used QMOBILE IN FUTURE..
