Real Estate is the real business in Pakistan

Posted last December 2, 2013, 5:06 am in Real Estate report article

When it comes to real estate investment, then Pakistan real estate does not lag behind in providing noteworthy investment options. Today, when our beloved country Pakistan is passing through an industrial recession, the property sector still outshines other industrial niches.

Moreover, the contributions of property portals like Zameen.com cannot be forgotten for providing a new horizon to the real estate investors and end-users to search properties online. Today, these portals have become a source of education for the newbies and also for the industry experts.

Investors accredit Pakistan real estate as an investment haven and funnel huge amounts in this sector with the intent for securing notable returns. What’s more? Not only the sole property investors but also the people belonging to different walks of life invest their savings in this sector and earn huge profits.

The poor law and order situation of the county also makes property market an investment hotspot, where there are lesser chances of the investments to depreciate. More and more developments are being added to the roster of developments with passing time and now the state of the art construction modules are given due consideration.

I am also a real estate analyst and I see that wide array of people are connected to the real estate sector, either directly or indirectly. Plus this sector adds a lot to the economic growth of the country.

On the dark side, because of the inclination of investors towards real estate, other sectors are neglected, which Pakistan cannot afford to take in the longer run. Let’s hope that other industrial niches will also be addressed in future, just like the real estate sector is addressed today.
